Delete your account

You can do it yourself in the app, any time. Here’s exactly what happens.

Cancel your subscription first

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there; deleting your account doesn’t stop the store from billing you. If you pay on our website, we cancel it for you.

In the app

  1. Open pinchd and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  4. If you share a household, choose whether your partner keeps the budgets you built.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm.

What happens next

  • You’re signed out right away.
  • We keep your account for 30 days in case you change your mind. Sign back in during those 30 days and it’s restored.
  • After 30 days, your account and budgets are deleted for good.
  • A few records we’re required to keep, like payment records, are kept as the Privacy Policy describes.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@pinchd.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm before we do.
